TIGER BUTTER
1 pound white chocolate (I use white chocolate almond bark, found in the baking aisle at Walmart)
1/2 c. peanut butter
6 oz (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Place the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 1-2 minutes until smooth. Blend in the peanut butter until smooth, and spread the mixture in a jelly roll pan (I use a cookie sheet) that is lined with wax paper. Next, melt the chocolate morsels in the microwave, blending well until smooth. Mix into the peanut butter mixture in the jelly roll pan, using a knife to swirl the mixtures together. Put the pan in the fridge or freezer to let set, and once set break apart into pieces.
