Christmas Recipe: Tiger Butter

Every year at Christmas, my mom makes a TON of Christmas goodies. She has a slew of recipes, some of which I may never even try because they intimidate me. But Tiger Butter is about the easiest thing to make, and it's SOOOO good. It's great for cookie and dessert exchanges because it makes so much, and generally is a little different than the traditional sugar cookies and fudge that you see. I forgot to take a picture last week when I made a big batch of this stuff, so I left it up to the internet to find a picture that resembles what I make:

Basically here's the ingredient list and instructions:
TIGER BUTTER
1 pound white chocolate (I use white chocolate almond bark, found in the baking aisle at Walmart)
1/2 c. peanut butter
6 oz (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Place the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 1-2 minutes until smooth. Blend in the peanut butter until smooth, and spread the mixture in a jelly roll pan (I use a cookie sheet) that is lined with wax paper. Next, melt the chocolate morsels in the microwave, blending well until smooth. Mix into the peanut butter mixture in the jelly roll pan, using a knife to swirl the mixtures together. Put the pan in the fridge or freezer to let set, and once set break apart into pieces.
