When it comes to getting through the business of mothering three young kids, caffeine is my drug of choice. I'm pretty much useless if I don't have my morning cup o' Joe. And this summer, my beverage of choice has been iced coffee. Not just any iced coffee, mind you. Seattles Best iced coffee.I kind of got started on this kick when I attended Blissdom back in March, and was able to sample some of the awesome iced coffee that Seattles Best served us for breakfast one morning. It. Was. Fabulous. Since then I've set out to create my own iced coffee concoction.
Seattle's Best was nice enough to send me a Hot Iced coffee gift set so that I could work on perfecting our morning drinks. Drew and I both love Seattle's Best coffee, so we were super excited to get the chance to work on a recipe we both loved, with coffee we both loved, and now I get to share it with you, my readers. I think I've finally perfected my recipe... I mean, it must be perfection if I've got the hubs now downing these drinks at least twice a day ;)
1.5 cups Seattle's Best Coffee (it's best if the coffee is cooled down just a little. We sometimes will brew it and then refrigerate it)
1 cup 1% milk
2-3 Tablespoons flavored creamer (our favorite is Vanilla & Caramel)
1 packet Truvia sweetner
1 cup ice
Stir it all together until the sweetner is dissolved. Enjoy!
