When I went to Blissdom back in March, one of my favorite things that I got to try was a Frozen Coffee Blend made by Seattle's Best. Oh my goodness yall, it was like heaven in my mouth. Which is why, when Seattle's Best contacted me to see if I'd be interested in doing a review of their frozen coffee blends, I jumped on the chance.
What's great about this product is that you can whip it up really fast; all you have to do is dump the package contents in the blender, add 8 oz of milk and blend away. That's it. Super easy to whip together for even the busiest of people.
Of course, if you're like me, you like to add a little pizzazz to things. Here's what we did to add our special little touch:
I like vanilla caramel flavored coffee. Doesn't matter if it's cold, frozen or hot, that's my go to flavor. So for the Frozen Coffee Blends base, I used Very Vanilla flavored (it also comes in other flavors like Creamy Caramel and Mega Mocha). Once the Coffee Blends was blended well and to the desired consistency (we added a bit more milk than the package called for, but that was just our personal preference), I stirred in a bit of the caramel syrup. Then topped with whipped cream-- because what frozen coffee is not complete without a little whipped cream-- and then drizzled more caramel on top. As a finishing touch, I added a few of the little chocolate mini marshmallows on top.

I enjoyed my Seattle's Best Frozen Coffee Blend on the back porch before church, but I think Drew beat me in how he froze the day away.....

And for the record, Drew's never been a big frozen coffee person, but he LOVED this drink. Like, his eyes got big after he drank the first sip. We'll definitely be keeping this as one of our go-to coffee staples at our house this summer!
