Saturday we had absolutely nothing on the agenda. No cleaning, no chores, no errand running. Just lazing around in our pjs. It was so nice.
hanging with my favorite two year old on Saturday morning. I asked him to smile and he did this. haha!
We did find some baseball pants on craigslist for Brayden. He was beside himself with excitement, and has told me that he wants to wear them "all day and all night". I have a feeling getting this boy to wear anything other than sports gear over the next few months might be a fight.
The boys decided they wanted a picnic in the kitchen on Saturday, so Brayden laid out the blanket all by himself and they enjoyed themselves. It was slightly messy, but I'm sure they will remember the fun, and that's all that matters. At least that's what I told myself as I tried to keep all of the crumbs on the blanket and off of the floor :)

Sunday was pretty typical. We went to a Super Bowl party last night with some of our friends. The boys had a blast playing with their friends. I didn't watch much of the game because I was too busy eating, but we got home in time to watch most of the second half, thanks to the now infamous power outage.
We have a busy week ahead of us. Both of my boys came home from school today feeling lousy, so I am keeping my fingers and toes crossed we can stay someone healthy for all of the appointments and errands we have to do this week. I'm hoping it's just allergies (mine were AWFUL this morning), otherwise, we might be in for an even longer week than I had hoped :(
