18 Weeks {a pregnancy update}.

18weekspregnant
How Far Along: 18 weeks, 5 days (I need to get my act together and post these sooner!)
Size of baby: 6 inches long, weighs .5lbs, about the size of a mango.
Total Weight Gain/Loss: 5 pounds was the last I checked. I should know next week how much I gained over Christmas :/
Maternity Clothes: All maternity clothes, when I am wearing something other than sweats and t-shirts.
Gender: Brayden and I think it's a girl. Drew thinks it's a boy. Connor is still in denial that he won't be the baby anymore :)
Movement: I've felt a few flutters, but nothing consistent.
Sleep: Sleep has been hit or miss. I blame it on me not being able to sleep on my stomach (I've actually woken myself up by trying to roll over to my stomach in my sleep).
Symptoms: Sleepless nights, frequent trips to the bathroom, and I have been having that "full" pregnant feeling. Which is slightly scary, because I don't remember the full feeling with the boys until I was over 30 weeks. Of course, I wasn't carrying either of them this high either (that I remember-- I wasn't that great at taking belly shots during their pregnancies), which I think is a slight contributor to that feeling.
What I miss: Sleeping on my stomach. Wearing pants that don't have an elastic waistband.
Cravings: Mexican food has been a consistent craving throughout this pregnancy.
Food Aversions: Most food aversions have gone away (Praise the Lord!).
Best Moment this week: I've felt the baby move the most so far this week, which is my all time favorite about being pregnant.
What I am looking forward to: We find out the gender on the 7th!!! I can't wait, but would be lying if I didn't tell you I was also a little nervous. I just want a healthy baby, and when we went for the ultrasound with Connor at 20 weeks, having a few issues then was the scariest thing for me as a mom yet. Praying for a good ultrasound technician and a healthy baby most of all!
