Berled Crawfish

When we moved to Arkansas, people would gasp quietly as I explained my craving for boiled crawfish. It was like telling them I was craving fish bait. The few in Arkansas that DO eat crawfish rarely know how to boil it correctly, and sadly, I had not had Lousiana boiled crawfish in over 10 years. That is, until this past Wednesday. My cajun soul was satisfied with hot, spicy, boiled crawfish. They were DELICIOUS! Brayden seemed to want to join in on his cajun heritage, but I wasn't ready to give in just yet... maybe next year :o)
