Cracker Barrel Fun

Thursday B-man and I packed up the Civic and headed 45 minutes down south to meet up with one of my old college roommates Mindy and her family. Mindy's due with a baby boy in August, and she had yet to meet the B-man. We hadn't seen each other in over a year, and it was so good to catch up and visit for a bit. Brayden was a bit of a terror on the way there, and I was worried that I might have made a bad decision to try and eat lunch and visit at the same time. Thankfully he did remarkably well once we got there, and God answered my prayers by giving us an amazing waitress who was GREAT with kids. She literally brought him a biscuit the minute we got there, and kept bringing them to him until the food got there. What a great lady! After lunch we sat out on the front porch so Brayden could run around and we could sit and talk more. Thanks so much for meeting up with us Mindy!
