Dear Connor,
You're two months old today! Sometimes I just stare at you and wonder what in the world I'd do without you in my life. Sure, life would probably be a lot less chaotic, but then you smile and coo at me and I just tear up thinking about how precious you are to us. I just can't imagine our family without you! I love that you are a pretty laid back baby, and take all of the beatings from Brayden in stride, mostly just poking out that bottom lip to let mommy know you need some hugs :) You are a CHUNKER WONKER... I am wondering if I will be able to make it to the spring season without buying new clothes for you... you're almost outgrown the 3-6 month clothes we have for you! I love and adore those rolls though, and love it that you are a chunk... I wouldn't have it any other way. So what else are you up to lately?
- You weigh 13lbs 0.5 oz and are 23 inches long. That's 50th percentile for height and 75 percentile for weight. Short and stocky :)
- you wear size 1-2 diapers. You really should be in size 2 diapers, but we are finishing up all of the diapers that were given to us, so size 1-2 it is!
- You wear mostly 3-6 month clothes now. You fit a few 0-3 month things, but they are pretty snug.
- You eat 7 times a day, about every 3 hours.
- You take a bottle like a champ-- even better than nursing actually!
- You sleep about 7 hours at night. Sometimes you give me 8, but it's not consistent yet.
- You love to smile as soon as I walk in the room to get you up. It's precious and melts my heart.
- You are a snuggler, much to your daddy's pleasure! When you're tired you will just snuggle your head under our chins and fall asleep.
- You are WARM blooded-- I have to be careful not to overdress you or you will literally soak through your clothes in sweat.
- You roll from your tummy to your back. I honestly don't know how to get you to have tummy time because you instantly roll yourself over.
